Members of Chambers also have experience in all areas of clinical negligence, including cases involving injuries at birth, catastrophic brain damage, and injuries from pharmaceuticals. Chambers also undertakes work at the other end of the scale such as dental negligence and the smaller obstetric and orthopaedic claims.
We regularly deal with disputes arising from allegations of negligence in a professional context including accountants, auditors, insurance intermediaries, and solicitors.
Members of the group undertake publicly funded work and are able to deal with a full range of work at all levels of complexity and experience. Subject to satisfactory risk assessments, we are happy to accept instructions under conditional fee agreements in all areas of civil work and we have standard form agreements for that purpose. Work is only accepted upon Chambers' standard terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recognise the importance of providing value to our clients and our clerks will gladly discuss fees in advance of instructions.
