Profile:
Christopher Wall has a well established, busy practice in Kent having moved to Canterbury from London in 1990. His practice has particular emphasis on ancillary relief and public law Children Act cases.
Christopher specialises in ancillary relief cases and financial cases relating to co-habitation and co-ownership as well as Inheritance Act cases. In the recent past he has acted in a wide range of financial cases, ranging from low income families to multi-million pound cases. He has experience of cases involving complex asset structures, companies and other commercial elements, trusts, pensions and internationally held assets.
He has considerable expertise in public law cases and regularly represents parents, carers, and children in care and adoption proceedings. He also undertakes private law children work including those with a foreign element
Christopher is also a qualified family mediator undertaking all issues mediation.
He is married with 2 children.
