Profile:
Monica has a broad based practice. She has a substantial civil practice including cases involving road traffic accidents (both liability and quantum), contractual disputes, land disputes and general negligence claims.

Monica practices in all areas of family law, including public and private law children work and financial matters. 

Experience:
Following her graduation, Monica worked in the litigation department of a leading law firm dealing with multi track catastrophic injuries resulting from road traffic accidents.  This position also involved drafting pleadings at all levels of the litigation process, attending hearings and negotiating costs.

After being called to the Bar, Monica worked as a Home Office advocate in the Immigration Tribunals before joining Becket Chambers.   As part of the role Monica drafted and advised on appeal grounds on behalf of the Secretary of State.  Monica joined Becket Chambers as a pupil in 2007 and accepted an invitation to join Chambers in 2008.

Monica’s hobbies include theatre, music and running.
