Civil
Nicholas practises in a wide range of contentious civil
disputes ranging from general common law to chancery
matters. His particular interests are land and trust
related disputes.
Family
Nicholas practice covers all areas of family
law and in particular:
- Matrimonial finance (including financial provision
for children)
- Children (including care proceedings, residence
and contact disputes and adoption)
- Property disputes between co-owners and cohabitees
Employment
Nicholas is instructed by both Applicants and
Respondents and appears at the Employment Tribunals
in Kent and London as well as undertaking advisory work
and drafting in all areas including.
- Unfair dismissal and redundancy
- Breach of contract

Nicholas’s first degree was in sciences and he
enjoys cases with financial, scientific, medical or
engineering aspects.
