Nicholas practises in a wide range of contentious civil
disputes ranging from general common law to chancery
matters. His particular interests are land and trust
related disputes.
Family Nicholas practice covers all areas of family
law and in particular:
Matrimonial finance (including financial provision
for children)
Children (including care proceedings, residence
and contact disputes and adoption)
Property disputes between co-owners and cohabitees
Direct Public Access Nicholas can accept instructions directly from
members of the public and corporate bodies without the
need for an intermediary solicitor. Please contact the

He is a pupil supervisor.
