Paul Tapsell's practice involves a range of areas of work, with a particular emphasis on:

Criminal work especially Customs-related proceedings and Local Authority prosecutions. In addition he has considerable experience of advising and representing clients, including numerous local authorities, on planning matters (inquiries and enforcement), employment disputes, licensing applications and landlord and tenant claims
