Philip Newton is exclusively a family law practitioner, who has a particular interest and considerable expertise in public law cases involving children. He represents parents, carers and children in public law proceedings and adoption applications.

His practice also includes Adoption Act proceedings; divorce and financial provision including ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes and financial provision for children; and applications for injunctions and committals under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.
